2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the 49jl Platform:

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 49jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 49jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. 49jl reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 49jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 49jl's discretion.
4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment channel and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. 4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 49jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
5.1 General. 49jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. 10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, 49jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 49jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. 49jl is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity on the Platform.

14.2 Regulatory Oversight. 49jl operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their concerns have not been adequately addressed by 49jl's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
14.3 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
